I have completed a rigorous life coaching training program and have over 12 years of experience working with women and girls to help them achieve their mental, emotional, and spiritual goals. I rely upon and utilize my God-given wisdom, proven practices, Biblical knowledge, and love for psychology, which gives me a deeper understanding of human behavior, healing from trauma, and creating the life one desires.

The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly. This can last anywhere from six weeks to a year.

I only offer in-person coaching sessions in group settings. In-person sessions are typically in the form of women's conferences and gatherings. Feel free to host your own group session and invite me! Send inquiries to info@LRCministries.com.
